THE PROCESS
The coffee is wet processed, whereby fully ripe cherries are pulped, fermeneted in water for 12-48 hours depending on climatic conditions, washed and graded in clean water channels, before finally being taken to a central dry mill to rest for 3 weeks. The coffee is then hulled, cleaned, and graded by bean size. Lastly, the coffee is carefully picked and bagged for export.
