Pink Bourbon Honey IPA Recipe
Edwin Norena’s Pink Bourbon Honey IPA is crafted via a long anaerobic fermentation (120 hours) followed by a second fermentation with hops and malt (96 hours), and slow drying. It yields a complex cup with floral, tropical fruit, and black tea notes.
