A good example of a classic natural Ethiopian coffee. Good sweetness, medium to full body. There’s a hint of strawberry in the aroma, as well as in the cup along with red berries (my “goto” description when I can’t quite put my finger on it and a little vanilla. A nice long finish and moderate complexity make this a nice cup.
