This coffee is from the Aramo station near the village of Aramo located in the highlands of Yirgcaheffe, within the Southern Nations, Nationalities, and Peoples Region (SNNPR) of Ethiopia. I got brown sugar and red fruit in the aroma. In the flavor, I noted that it was ‘juicy’ with raspberry and cherry undertones. It’s got a med-light body and for a natural, it’s got a relatively bright acidity (thus the ‘juicy’ in the flavor notes. It’s fairly complex with a sweet, medium length finish.
